Fried in bacon drippings!

It sounded gross to me until I tried it.  Trust me.  It&#039;s good for you, too, as long as you get your bacon from a local farm where they raise their animals how they were meant to be raised, eating what they were meant to eat.  :)

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more about bananas.  I use bananas as  &quot;emergency&quot; food for potassium (and energy) when I have lost substantial amounts of liquid.  They have also been prescribed by my physician as a key component of a weight control program.</description>
