Have you run this recipe through the Bauman College NAT?  I&#039;m always interested in the protein content of recipes as I try to get 1 gram / # of body weight each day.  Even without that info, I&#039;m guessing that this recipe serves more like 4-6 as a main dish and 8 as a side.
