Thanks for sharing a great recipe as part of the carnival. If you could just link back to the carnival, I would appreciate it. Thanks. :-)

Karen this looks so good. You inspired me to throw my cauliflower into the processor. I made a Shrimp Couscous I'll post later this week. I'll link back to here too so people can see how many different ways to make couscous. I am so happy about this. I can't eat gluten or rice so this is going to open up a ton of recipe ideas. Very happy! Thank you for sharing this on Friday Foodie Fix!

I am considering taking the Bauman Chef Training and would like to know how you are enjoying it.
If you're willing to talk by phone for 10 minutes, will you send me some good times to connect with a phone number?

Thanks.

Cauliflower is so versatile, isn't it? I have been meaning to try it as "rice" for raw sushi. :-) This recipe looks awesome!

Yep, it contains 8% DV of Omega 3s per cup of cooked cauliflower - according to "The Worlds Healthiest Foods." It's also super high in fiber and vitamin C. Great resource...

Broken record here: I also didn't know cauliflower has omega 3's! I can't wait to try this, although I'll use the no-flavor coconut oil instead of the grapeseed. How fun to have a new low-carb recipe, thank you!
